As an independent business, we can offer our clients a wide range of hearing aid options since we’re not tied to any particular manufacturer. We want to make sure we can meet your needs and preferences as best as we can.
Once you are fitted, all our hearing aid bundles include the same level of aftercare regardless the technology level you have.
- Follow-up appointments after the fitting to ensure you’re able to get the most out your hearing aids
- 6-month service check-ups to check your hearing aids are working optimally and ears are clear of wax which could otherwise affect how well your hearing aids work.
- Annual test to have a check-up on your hearing aid prescription as well as a standard hearing aid service check.
- Routine wax removals as needed for no additional charge
- The hearing aids themselves have a 5-year manufacturer warranty
We’re also happy to accommodate any additional appointments you may need between the scheduled visits. Rest assured, all this aftercare continues for as long as you have your hearing aids, except for the warranty period which is 5 years.
