This app simplifies the process of adjusting your hearing to your liking. With WIDEX MOMENT™, you can easily manage your hearing aid through an app on your iPhone or Android device. It’s now simpler than ever to customise your hearing experience, ensuring you receive the sound you desire at the times that matter most to you. Advanced technology and thorough testing result in a user-friendly and straightforward interface. Additionally, the option for dark mode design allows for more discreet operation.

HEARING AID COMPATIBILITY

The WIDEX MOMENT™ app works with the following WIDEX MOMENT™ models:

• mRIC (MRR2D)
• RIC 312 (MRB2D
• BTE13 D (MBB3D)

All other models use the TONELINK app, which lets you simply and discreetly adjust key functions such as volume and programs. TONELINK does not feature SoundSense Learn, which guides you to personalised hearing.

My Guide is an innovative addition to the Moment app aimed at enhancing the experience of hearing aid users. It offers guidance through detailed steps, video tutorials, and brief educational modules, covering a wide range of tasks from activating their hearing aids to customising the audio settings. Through a deeper understanding of their hearing aids, we are confident in improving user satisfaction.

SOUND MADE FOR YOU

The My Sound feature of the app utilises artificial intelligence to assist you in fine-tuning your audio settings to match your needs. You have the option to let the AI lead you through a sequence of audio comparisons, enabling you to customise the sound for your specific needs. Alternatively, you can pick a sound option that has been automatically created based on the likes of other WIDEX MOMENT™ users in similar circumstances worldwide!

IT LEARNS WHAT YOU PREFER

Tap into the useful SoundSense Learn tool on the main display to receive instant guidance from machine learning to enhance your hearing experience, making it more tailored to you. Just by selecting various sound options, you can easily adjust the sound settings by choosing A or B for a straightforward method of managing audio features.
