Once you are fitted, all our hearing aid bundles include the same level of aftercare regardless the technology level you have.

  • Follow up appointments after your fitting to ensure you are getting the most from your hearing aids.
  • 6 month service check ups to make sure your hearing aids are working optimally and your ears are clear of wax that could affect performance.
  • Annual hearing assessments to review your hearing aid prescription alongside a full hearing aid service check.
  • Routine wax removal appointments as required at no additional cost.
