With over three decades of dedication to the healthcare industry, my journey began when I was just 15, working as a lab technician in the optical sector. By the age of 23, I took my first step into entrepreneurship, founding my own business specialising in the production of spectacle lenses.
In 2011, I partnered with an optometrist which then lead me to opening the The Optical Factory partnership. Our commitment to providing exceptional customer service has earned us numerous accolades. In 2015, we expanded our services to include hearing care, which turned out to be a pivotal moment in my career.
It was during this time that I discovered my true passion helping people transform their lives through improved hearing. This realisation inspired me to pursue formal training in audiology, and in 2017, I proudly enrolled in Queen Margaret University’s audiology program.
